Deja Vu - 2023

I conceptualized a video idea for the song “Deja Vu” by IVOXYGEN. I wanted it to be grungy and have graffiti, emphasizing an urban and dark feeling. I came up with the ideas for all the shots, acted in most of them, filmed the green-screen footage, and then composited it in with non-green screen, animated the hand, stylized it all, and then added overlays and edited it together.

I recorded the Deja Vu video above through a circuit-bent camera, speed ramped it, and then added a new song - Necrosis by Narrow Head to invoke a different response out of the pre-existing video I created.
